Modify Status endpoint with type: 7 (update card status to active) triggers CSNT: card_status_change instead of this event.

Trigger — The card status is updated to N.
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Program API endpoints:
  - Activate Card endpoint
  - Modify Status endpoint with type: 6
  - Endpoints that create cards, with XAACT set to --N
- Customer Service Tool
- IVR (automated phone system)

Payload

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

string

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

ch_group_id

string

Corporate Hierarchy group identifier.

emboss_uuid

string

UUID for an emboss record that has been sent to the embosser.

event_ts

string

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

exp_date

string

The expiration date of the card. Format: MM/DD/YYYY.

external_account_id

string

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

string

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

method

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

msg_event_id

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

msg_id

The four-letter code to identify this event.

prod_id

The product ID of the account.

prog_id

The program ID of the account.
