lost/stolen card with replacement

A card was marked lost or stolen, and a replacement card will be issued. See the Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards guide for more information.

Trigger — The card status is updated to L or S, and it triggers the replacement operation.
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Modify Status endpoint with one of these type values:
  - 3 — Lost, with replacement
  - 4 — Stolen, with replacement
- Replace Lost/Stolen Card endpoint
- Customer Service Tool

Payload

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

string

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

emboss_uuid

string

UUID for an emboss record that has been sent to the embosser.

event_ts

string

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

string

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

string

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

method

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

msg_event_id

string

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

msg_id

string

The four-letter code to identify this event.

new_emboss_uuid

string

UUID for an emboss record that has not yet been sent to the embosser.

prod_id

string

The product ID of the account.

prog_id

string

The program ID of the account.

protected_pan_four

string

The last four digits of the PAN.

type
