account_feature_change

A feature value has changed for feature type 11, 20, 21 or 22. See the Set Account Feature Values enumeration for an explanation of the features and their values.

Trigger — Account feature 11, 20, 21 or 22 changes to a new value.
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Program API
- Internal processes

Payload

event_ts

string

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

string

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

string

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

feature_type

method

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

msg_event_id

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

msg_id
