A card status has changed. CDMSG controls which new card statuses trigger this event.

Code — CSNT
Event trigger — The card status is changed to one of the values in CDMSG.

Fields

All fields are strings. Your field names may vary. Default fields are included in the default webhook template. See Default and optional fields for more information.

balance_id	X	The balance ID, also called the `galileo_account_number`. Example: `"20211"`
cad		System-generated card ID. Example: `"12534"`
ch_group_id		Corporate Hierarchy group identifier. Example: `"2544"`
credit_balance		For credit accounts, the total amount of unpaid purchases and advances. Example: `"325.00"`
exp_date		The expiration date of the card. Format: `MM/DD/YYYY`. Example: `"03/14/2025"`
extcustid		Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions. Example: `"acv#-@45!sbsxm%-"`
mobile_number		Cardholder's mobile phone number. Example: `"8015553235"`
msg_event_id		Unique system-generated identifier for this message. Example: `"243693"`
msg_id		The four-letter code to identify this event. Example: `"CSNT"`
new_status	X	See Card Statuses for possible values. Example: `"C"`
open_to_buy	X	The available balance to spend. Example: `"500.00"`
pmt_ref_no	X	SoFi Tech Solutions 12-digit payment reference number (PRN) for the account. Example: `"999101003022"`
prod_id	X	The product ID of the account. Example: `"1701"`
prog_id	X	The program ID of the account. Example: `"305"`
protected_pan_four		The last four digits of the PAN. Example: `"3523"`
timestamp	X	Timestamp for when this event was created, in system time. Format: `YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST` Example: `"2025-01-31 17:20:33 MST"`
type	X	The name of this event: `"card_status_change"`
user_data		Populated according to your use case and needs by arrangement with SoFi Tech Solutions.
