Delete Account-Level MCC Control

Use the Delete Account-Level MCC Control endpoint to delete one MCC ALC. You must specify the entire MCC range for the control in mccControlStart and mccControlEnd.

623-14	MCC not found. An MCC control for the account does not exist. Verify that the range is correct by calling Get MCC Controls.
