fee_reversal

A fee that was posted to the specified account has been reversed. The available balance has changed. The value in amount is negative because it is a reversal. This event is not triggered by fees that are reversed before being posted.

Trigger — A posted fee is reversed.
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Program API endpoints:
  - Reverse Fee
  - Reverse Account Transfer, if type included a fee
  - Cancel ACH Transaction
- Customer Service Tool
- Card-network messages

act_type

For all fees the activity type is "FE".

amount

string

Amount of the fee.

available_balance

string

Amount available to spend at the time of the event. Legacy field: balance.

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

description

Description for the fee.

event_ts

string

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

ext_trans_id

External transaction ID.

external_account_id

string

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

fee_id

Unique identifier for the fee.

method

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

msg_event_id

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

msg_id

The four-letter code to identify this event.
