dispute_final_no_pc

A dispute was finalized, and provisional credit had not been awarded. The outcome of the dispute is in the dispute_resolution field. The account balance has not changed.

Trigger — The dispute is finalized.

auth_id

string

SoFi Tech Solutions-generated ID for the authorization request. This ID is unique only per subnetwork.

cad

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

claim_id

string

Identifier for the case/claim this dispute belongs to.

currency_code

string

ISO 4217 numeric currency code for amount (the cardholder account currency). Legacy fields: cur_code, currency.

deb_cred_ind

Debit or credit indicator for the transaction.

dispute_amount

string

The amount of the dispute.

dispute_id

string

Unique identifier for the dispute.

dispute_notice_date

string

Date on which the cardholder disputed the charge. Format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

dispute_rege_date

string

Due date for a Regulation E dispute. Format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

dispute_resolution

The final resolution of the dispute. See Dispute Resolution for valid values.

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

legacy_dispute_id

Legacy SoFi Tech Solutions dispute record ID.

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

The four-letter code to identify this event.
