A card was unfrozen. The account and card statuses were not changed—only the status value in the freeze_info object was changed. This event is sent only when a card is explicitly unfrozen by the processes listed below: it is not sent when a freeze expires.

Trigger — The status value in freeze_info is changed to unfrozen by an internal process.
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Modify Status endpoint with type: 18
- Customer Service Tool

Payload

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

string

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

card_ft_beg_date

string

Start date of a card freeze or temporary block. Format: YYYY-MM-DD.

card_ft_end_date

string

Expiry date for the card freeze.`

card_ft_value

string

Freeze status. Y for frozen and N for unfrozen.`

card_status

Card status code. See Card Statuses for possible values. Because unfreezing a card does not change its status, this status is the same as before unfreezing the card.`

event_ts

string

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

string

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

string

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

The four-letter code to identify this event.

prod_id

The product ID of the account.
