phone_changed

A phone number was changed. When the Program API makes the change, this event is triggered when any value is passed for a parameter, even when the value is the same as the old value.

Trigger — One of these fields changes:
- Primary phone
- Other phone
- Mobile phone
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Update Account endpoint
- Customer Service Tool

avail_cash

string

For debit accounts, the available_balance plus available overdraft.

available_balance

string

Amount available to spend at the time of the event. Legacy field: balance.

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

string

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

carrier_id

string

Integer ID for the mobile carrier.

credit_balance

string

For credit accounts, the total amount of unpaid purchases and advances.

event_ts

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

Current first name of the account holder.

home_phone
