dispute_final_pc

A dispute was finalized, and provisional credit had been awarded. The outcome of the dispute is in the dispute_resolution field. The account balance has not changed.

auth_id

string

SoFi Tech Solutions-generated ID for the authorization request. This ID is unique only per subnetwork.

cad

string

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

claim_id

string

Identifier for the case/claim this dispute belongs to.

currency_code

string

ISO 4217 numeric currency code for amount (the cardholder account currency). Legacy fields: cur_code, currency.

dispute_amount

The amount of the dispute.

dispute_id

Unique identifier for the dispute.

dispute_notice_date

string

Date on which the cardholder disputed the charge. Format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

dispute_pc_amount

The amount of provisional credit awarded.

dispute_pc_date

The date the provisional credit was awarded. YYYY-MM-DD

dispute_pc_reversal_date

The date the provisional credit was reversed. YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss

dispute_rege_date

Due date for a Regulation E dispute. Format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

external_customer_id

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

Legacy SoFi Tech Solutions dispute record ID.

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

The four-letter code to identify this event.
