agserv_PIN_change_fail

An attempt to stage a PIN change was unsuccessful. Event code ADPE is for attempts made using the direct POST PIN-set procedure, and AFPE is for attempts made using the direct render PIN-set procedure. See the PIN-Set Procedures guide for more information.

Trigger — Staging a PIN change is unsuccessful.

- SoFi Tech Solutions receives a PIN-set form via direct POST or direct render.

Payload

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

string

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

code

string

This field is present in the event message only if the PIN-set change attempt was made using the Direct POST method, which corresponds with the ADPE event code. See HTTP 302 redirect codes for possible values.

event_ts

string

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_customer_id

string

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

method

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

msg_event_id

string

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

msg_id

string

The four-letter code to identify this event.

prod_id

string

The product ID of the account.

prog_id

string

The program ID of the account.
