The External Trans API is retrying an incoming ACH debit (moving funds out of the customer account) for the last time.

  • Trigger — The External Trans API reaches the retry limit.

  • Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:

    • External Trans API attempt times out

Amount of the transaction. Unsigned.

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

The four-letter code to identify this event.

SoFi Tech Solutions 12-digit payment reference number (PRN) for the account. Legacy field: pmt_ref_no.

The product ID of the account.

The program ID of the account.

ACH transaction ID.

The name of this event: "ext_trans_debit_fail"
