app_completed

A cardholder's application for a new product was successful. The new account has been created. If using Galileo's integrated CIP provider, the customer also passed CIP. With this event you can include a welcome message for the new cardholder, as configured at Galileo. This event is sent regardless of account status, but it is not sent for Digital First cards. This event is not associated with card creation.

For debit accounts, the available_balance plus available overdraft.

available_balance

string

Amount available to spend at the time of the event. Legacy field: balance.

available_balance_ts

Timestamp when available_balance was captured. Format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.ssssss

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

event_ts

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.
