neg_bal

An account has a negative balance. The Galileo process that detects negative balances runs every morning from 03:00–04:00 MST. This event is sent only when MPNEG is set to Y.

The available balance to spend.

balance_id

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

event_ts

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.
