profile_changed

Customer profile information was changed in the Customer Service Tool.

This event is triggered by address, phone, and email changes only when ADRC: addr_chg, PHCH: phone_changed, and ECHG: email_addr_change are not set up.

Trigger — One of these fields changes:
- First name, middle name, last name
- Date of birth
- Address fields (unless ADRC is set up)
- Home phone, mobile phone, other phone (unless PHCH is set up)
- Email (unless ECHG is set up)

avail_cash

string

For debit accounts, the available_balance plus available overdraft.

available_balance

string

Amount available to spend at the time of the event. Legacy field: balance.

available_balance_ts

string

Timestamp when available_balance was captured. Format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.ssssss

balance_id

string

The balance ID, also called the galileo_account_number. Legacy field: account_id.

cad

System-generated card ID, which has a 1:1 relationship with the PAN. Legacy field: card_id.

credit_balance

For credit accounts, the total amount of unpaid purchases and advances.

event_ts

Timestamp when the message was ingested by SoFi Tech Solutions (Mountain Standard Time). Format: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss MST". Legacy fields: timestamp, tran_timestamp.

external_account_id

string

User-supplied identifier to link to an external system.

external_customer_id

string

Identifier used to associate multiple accounts under the same customer. This identifier is supplied by the provider, not SoFi Tech Solutions.

firstname

Current first name of the account holder.

lastname

Current last name of the account holder.

Event category. Indicates the type of event.

msg_event_id

Unique system-generated identifier for this message.

msg_id

The four-letter code to identify this event.

prn

SoFi Tech Solutions 12-digit payment reference number (PRN) for the account. Legacy field: pmt_ref_no.

The product ID of the account.
