A 3DS authentication attempt was completed. This event forwards values from the ACS.

  • Trigger — SoFi Tech Solutions's 3DS service finishes evaluating an authentication attempt.

  • Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:

    • The 3DS-enabled web site, mobile app, or merchant sends a 3DS request to SoFi Tech Solutions's ACS.

Amount of the attempted transaction.

The Bank Identification Number of the card, which is the first 6–8 digits.

SoFi Tech Solutions-generated card ID.

A UUID for your card program configuration as assigned by the 3DS system.

The type of transaction that is being attempted: "PAYMENT" or "NON_PAYMENT"

The method used to validate the user's identity: "DELEGATE_SCA_V1", "PUSH_CONFIRMATION", "STATIC_PASSWORD", "SMS_OTP", "TRANSACTION_HISTORY"

The currency of amount in ISO 4217 alphabetic format.`

The device on which the transaction is being attempted: "BROWSER", "APP", "REQUESTOR_INITIATED"

Mastercard only. Directory server transaction ID. A UUID that the merchant passes in the authorization request to link 3DS authentication and authorization data. Mastercard DE048SE66SF2.'

The electronic commerce indicator that is sent in the authorization request. See Raw ECI values for valid values.

Code to describe the error, if any. See TDSS Values for valid values.

Whether the transaction attempt is fraudulent: "FRAUD" or "NOT_FRAUD"

Merchant category code (DE018).

The identifier for the merchant, as assigned by the network.

Whether the frictionless path was followed: "True" or "False"
