SoFi Tech Solutions Tools

SoFi Tech Solutions offers a number of tools to help you manage your SoFi Tech Solutions program and products. These tools are built and maintained in-house by SoFi Tech Solutions. Consult the table below a list of the tools and their purpose.

Tool	Purpose
Console	Quickly access SoFi Tech Solutions tools from the Dashboard. These tools include the Console, Customer Service Tool (CST), gAnalytics, and Client Portal.
Config	View product and program configurations. View the Knowledge Center, which includes the Parameters Library and Documentation as signed clients.
Org management	Client-selected administrators can connect their enterprise identity provider to enable SSO to access SoFi Tech Solutions' tools and manage their organizations users' access to the tools that are appropriate for their specific role.
Customer Service Tool (CST)	View individual cardholder data and transactions. Initiate transactions on behalf of a cardholder, including canceling, activating, provisioning a card or disputing a transaction.
gAnalytics	Reporting and analytics tool that provides predefined reports covering information such as KPIs, account and card status, applications and activations, settled transactions, loads, fees, and authorizations. Our Analytics Report Index provides a comprehensive list of reports.
Client Portal	Jira ticket management system used to receive your and bank support request

Accessing tools

SoFi Tech Solutions tools are accessible via SSO once you have connected your enterprise identity provider (IdP) with SoFi Tech Solutions. SoFi Tech Solutions supports all of the major IdPs, including:

Okta
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure)
Google
Other providers that use OpenID Connect (OIDC)

During onboarding, you will complete the one-time IdP setup using an enterprise IdP. If your organization does not have an enterprise IdP, please contact SoFi Tech Solutions to discuss options.
